1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using vectafinance.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

VectaFinance is a CSV-to-financial-report converter. You upload CSV files; we deliver PDF reports with KPIs, narrative analysis and charts.

3. Accounts

You must be 16+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) upload data you have no right to process; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (c) use the Service for illegal activity; (d) resell or redistribute generated reports as your own product without a Business plan.

5. Plans & payment

Pricing is shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly and may be cancelled anytime. See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to CSV data you upload and to reports we deliver to you. VectaFinance retains all rights to the Service itself, including code, branding and report templates.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VectaFinance is not a licensed accountant or financial advisor. Reports are for informational use only and do not constitute tax, accounting or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VectaFinance is established.
