We started VectaFinance because we kept watching founders waste hours every month staring at bank exports trying to figure out what their numbers actually meant.

What we do

VectaFinance is a CSV to Financial Report converter. Upload a bank export, Stripe payout, QuickBooks or Xero CSV — and we deliver a polished, board-ready PDF report with KPIs, charts, and a written analysis. Reports typically arrive within one business day.
