We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first paid charge on any plan.

How to request a refund

1. Email billing@vectafinance.com from your account email
2. Include your account email and reason (optional but appreciated)
3. We process refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method

Subscription renewals

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime from your settings — cancellation stops the next charge but does not refund the current period (except within the 14-day window).

Annual plans

Annual plan refunds beyond 14 days are pro-rated for unused full months at our discretion.

Free plan

The Free plan involves no payment, so no refund applies.
